Our philosophy and mission focuses heavily upon helping our members achieve their professional development goals. Members are able to take advantage of this through workshops, our professional development database, and access to experienced upperclassmen.

Joining 180 Degrees Consulting allows our members to carve out a smaller community within the University of Michigan campus, and develop friendships that extend outside of organization events.

Being a member of 180 Degrees Consulting enables one to join an international network of intelligent and motivated students dedicated to making a social impact. Likewise, grants access to alumni working a variety of competitive fields for information and referrals about their industries/roles.

PAST PROJECTS

The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education in the United States.

180 Degrees Consulting was tasked with developing a comprehensive strategy to reach rural communities that have been traditionally underserved in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that provides simple, decent and affordable housing to low-income families through affordable mortgages.

180DC developed a comprehensive interest rate model to increase the velocity and amount of money provided to families, and a fundraising strategy to increase the size of the Southeast Michigan branch's endowment pool.
